In 1990, Sokol Associates, Inc. was founded. Since that time, Steve Sokol and associates have been bringing attorneys, compliance professionals, and paralegals together with law firms, corporations, investment banks, and alternative investment funds with great success.

Steven Sokol
President & FounderSteve Sokol, founder and president of Sokol Associates, Inc., was born and raised in Long Island, New York. He began his legal career as a tax lawyer in the mid 1980’s with Touche Ross, which became Deloitte and Touche. Shortly after, his career goals shifted from the practice of law to the legal search arena.
